Their expertise spans advertising, content optimization, account management, and strategic consulting, all aimed at enhancing the customer journey on Amazon and other marketplaces. Founded in 2021, DLVRD Media quickly established itself as a leader in its field, culminating in its acquisition by GR0 in August 2024.
DLVRD Media sought to revamp its digital presence to better reflect its dynamic services and unique brand philosophy. We began by immersing ourselves in DLVRD Media’s brand ethos, business goals, and user needs through collaborative workshops and interviews. This phase helped us understand not only their services, but their core identity: a bold, performance-driven agency with a human approach to growth.
Through insights gathered, we identified a core problem: DLVRD Media’s digital presence didn’t reflect the dynamism, depth, or personalization of their services. Navigation felt rigid, the brand story lacked clarity, and user paths weren’t intuitive — leaving visitors disengaged.
Armed with these insights, we explored multiple design directions focused on seamless user journeys, impactful storytelling, and brand-aligned visuals. Our goal was to ensure users could not only find what they need but also feel DLVRD Media’s energy and values in every interaction.
